Artist Rankings

Artists Rankings is a music chart fit for the 21st century. Taking the form of a TV Show and a website – Rankings builds on the legacy of Top of the Pops and ‘list’ shows to present the many different aspects of artists’ popularity in an entertaining and relevant way.

Artist Rankings has updated the traditional music chart by building an algorithm which takes into account not only single and album sales, but internet and media activity including YouTube views, number of MySpace friends, live ticket sales, twitter followers and blogs.

Mid-development, the project is being supported by the Featured Artists Coalition. More news to follow in early 2010.
