Robin Davies is the Chairman and a founder of the Company. His career has been in management consulting (Price Waterhouse, Crane Davies and Penna plc) advising FTSE companies as well as providing seed capital and guidance to the board of several companies (Alterian plc, GB plc, Meon Capital and Silverwind Securities).

Currently Robin coaches senior executives and boards in the Music Industry, Media, Leisure and Banking Sectors.
